Formerly the EICC, RBA members are dedicated to the highest standards of corporate social responsibility. They work together to produce better social, economic, and environmental outcomes for all stakeholders in the electronics industry supply chain. This includes increased efficiency and productivity for RBA members and their suppliers, improved conditions for workers, and economic development and a cleaner environment for local communities. RBA Code of Conduct provides guidance in five critical areas of CSR performance: Labor, Health and Safety, Environment, Management System, and Ethics.
